Quotes and a Quota

This is my challenge to all of you who see this journal!
I want a comment listing all 22 answers to who said those quotes!
It shant be hard, because I will give you until the 14th of this month to figure it out~
On the 13th, I will reveal hints about who/what said these things.
On the 14th, if I have not received a completely correct answer, I will post the answers.
I'm bored out of my mind and I just want to challenge people, my friends included.
No prize, just the bragging rights of knowing the answers.
